Check the exit costs too

List active users, required features, export access and the provider’s current renewal or cancellation terms. Confirm whether a lower plan changes document access or permissions. Download required records through the supported process before an authorized account change.

A small subscription saving is not useful if it strands needed records. Do not assume an export button includes every attachment, or that cancellation automatically deletes all stored personal information. Ask the provider and keep its answer.
